1. General

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice however the current version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Bark Bag Limited (“Bark Bag”).

You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any loss or damages whatsoever from the use of, or reliance on the Bark Bag website. Bark Bag excludes all liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data) arising from or in connection with any, use of the information on or access through the Bag Bag website.

2. Registration

In order to order a Bark Bag, you must register as a member on our website. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date through the accounts page on the website.

As a subscribed member of Bark Bag, we will send you a package with a different selection of items for your dog based on our profile of your dog. This will be send monthly or bimonthly depending on your subscription plan. The selection of treats and toys changes each month. As such, Bark Bag cannot guarantee the subsequent availability of a particular treat or toy in future bags.

By subscribing you agree to pay the monthly or bimonthly subscription fee for Bark Bag that is supplied each month or second month.

3. Customer Service Policy

At Bark Bag we do our very best to ensure that your Bark Bag arrives on time and in a good condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can look into the issue and try to resolve it. All our Bark Bags are tracked and require a signature on delivery. We offer a replacement Bark Bag in the (rare!) event of non-delivery. However, we do not offer a replacement Bark Bag if you have changed address and failed to update your details on the Bark Bag website. If a treat inside the Bark Bag is damaged on arrival, please contact us on woof@barkbag.co.nz so we can sort it out.

4. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to billing on the 5th of each month. We will not provide a refund if you fail to cancel your subscription prior to this date and the Bark Bag will be shipped to your nominated address.

Your subscription is continious until you cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew.

5. Price and Payments

Internet security is of paramount importance at Bark Bag. Bark Bag uses Braintree to process all credit card transactions. Braintree is a subsidiary of PayPal. Please visit braintreepayments.com for more information.

The price shown on the Bark Bag website is in New Zealand Dollars (“NZD”) and includes GST. All transactions are processed in NZD. We reserve the right to change the price at any time. If you are an existing Bark Bag customer on a subscription plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days notice of any changes in price.

Bark Bag will debit your nominated credit card on the 5th of each month. Should this date fall on a weekend or public holiday, your nominated credit card may be debited on the next working day depending on your bank's policies. "Bark Bag Limited" will appear on the cardholder's statement for any payments made via Braintree to us on this website.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will remain confidential to Bark Bag and/ or any associated company or partner. We may from time to time post or email you promotional material that we think may be relevant to you. It is our policy to immediately remove any person from any mailing list upon the person's request.

We may collect and use additional information to carry our internal research on our users' demographics and interests to better understand you. If you email us, post on Facebook, Twitter or any other social media about us or your experience with us and our products and/ or service, we may collect that information for the purpose of improving our service.

Bark Bag reserves the right to use any photos or videos emailed or posted to Bark Bag, Bark Bag’s social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These images will be used without compensation to the customer. We don't have to inform the customer of the use.

7. Limitation of liability

You expressly agree that the your use of this service and our products are at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss or claim whether direct or indirect arising from the use of the products delivered to you. We always recommend that you supervise your dog while they are playing with toys or consuming treats.
